Saturday Slay Session

Access to our Saturday Hybrid classes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. We consider this our Family Day, so make sure to book your spot ASAP! We love getting everyone together for a great workout and a great time!

Our Hybrid class is 30 minutes of fat-melting, lean muscle-building exercise that is designed to give you the curves you desire.

Coaches utilize mujltiple styles of training such as: tabata, HIIT, circuit, and MORE!

This class is perfect for any level of fitness.
