Access to our Friday Hybrid classes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Their is limited availability, so make sure to book your spot ASAP!

Our Hybrid class is 30 minutes of fat-melting, lean muscle-building exercise that is designed to give you the curves you desire.

Coaches utilize mujltiple styles of training such as: tabata, HIIT, circuit, and MORE!
